We conduct structured competency-based interviews, reference checks, verify qualifications, and background checks where required.

We present a shortlist of 3 to 5 candidates with full assessment reports and manage the interview process.

Place & Onboard

We support offer negotiation, contract finalisation, and remain contact point for 90 days post-placement.
